Product: Edge B20

Good day,

 

I am having trouble connecting my Polycom Edge B20 to a Yeastar P or S series.

Have contacted Yeastar but they have given no feedback.

Are the phones supported for the Yeastar system?

If possible can you provide a step by step on how to register if it is supported?

I went on Yeastar's site on how to regsiter the phones but did not work on the edge B20 series.

The other phones have no issues its just this phone that I am having issues with.
