Hi,
after updating Trio to latest 5.4.3, Sip Registration is showing error.

kindly let me know what is the issue. SFB works fine but sip line is not geting registered.

Hello Randhir,
firstly I am not sure if Avaya Interoperability tested our RealPresence Trio so not sure if they support it from their end.
You could do two things:
- Work with Avaya support and question why you are getting the 403 error
- Take a wireshark capture from a spanned / mirrored port running the current software and then downgrade to the last known software and simply compare the two SIP traces.
You may want to raise a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

For a few of your other post's => here <= I had advised you to contact your Polycom reseller. Did you ever do this as suggested ?
For your new issue I suggest you check with the yet unknown provider of your SIP service as you missed out these details in your above post.
The logs does not really show any details:

As I am unaware if you reset the unit after registering to a Skype for Business Server before I am unaware if there are any other settings stored in the Trio.
I believe you are aware of this (I replied this in another one of your posts}:
Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?
Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.
FVC / First Video Communications FZ-LLC sold this unit back in 18/02/2016 so they should be able to provide you with first level support if you struggle with the above.

After upgrading the firmware to latest version. the video lag issue was resolved.
Sip lines-
i started from scratch. did a clean factory reset then i tried to configured SIP lines.
my sip settings all are correct cos previously on old firmware i was able to connect successfully.
do you have any suggestions ?

agai we do not even know what SIP server you are trying against to register so we cannot really comment.
From the SIP Wiki => here <=
- 403 Forbidden
The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfil it
I suggest you work with your SIP Server provider.

am trying to register with Avaya ipoffice SIp . my local ipoffice ip is - 192.168.2.10
we don't have any issue with SIP servers cos it was all working fine before firmware upgrade.
have also tested the sip account with softphones and it works perfectly fine.
