Hi Steffen,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I tried your solution, but the second line did not show up in the interface.
I completed the following steps three times, always with the same outcome.
- Firmware version: 5.5.3.3417; part number: 3111-65290-001
- Reset to factory settings
- After booting up,I am not able to change into LYNC, neither on the phone nor on the web interface
- Enabled the web interface
- Imported your configuration file
- Rebooted
- Signed into Skype for Business via the web interface
- Went to settings > lines, but only one line showed up
Thanks!

Hello @mvr,
Most likely a browser issue. Simply refresh your browser.
If this fails check that the reg.limit is found in your backup.
Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
If this all fails please open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
