I have a Poly CCX500 running on version 7.0.2.1072 and am trying to use an EHS App-51 cable with my Plantronics C054 headset to no avail. I should be able to pick up calls by hitting the headset button but it is not working. I get dial tone only by pushing the headset button on my phone. I have hookswitch mode set to Poly EHS, have tried unplugging multiple ways. HELP!

Hello @justinelong ,

The community contains individual sections dealing with the different products we offer Voice, Audio/Video, UC Infrastructure, or Others.

Your post or the post you replied to was placed into an incorrect section and has therefore already been moved.

You are not using a currently supported software version so please upgrade to PVOS 8.1.2 or if you have to be on a 7.x.x update at least to UC Software 7.3.2

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
