I have a bunch of old PolyCom Sound Point IP 335 that I inherited from past employees that have left, they NEVER upgraded or patched them.
I am not familar to PolyCom phones how can I upgrade to the newer 4.0.x versions?
SIP Software Version 3.3.5.0247
BootROM Software Version 4.3.1.0440
I have built a TFTP server and I upgraded SIP Software Version 3.3.3.0069 to 3.3.5.0247, but when I try to get to a 4.0.x it states "Image incompatiable". I understand that this is most likely a BootRom issue but how can I fix this? Or can it even be upgraded? All the files are so complicated
