Hello daleshew,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Did my reply to your initial Post => here <= help you?
If yes then marking it as solved can help other users.
In regards of your new question the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jul 11, 2014 Question: How can I capture the network traffic of the phone remotely?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above explains in detail how the remote capture works and what parameters are required.
The DHCP Server itself will not hold any configuration as this simply uses an Option 160 or 66 to point the phone to a provisioning server. The server itself will hold the modified configuration.
Without showing us an example of what you have tried to change it would be a guessing game.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello Steffin,
I've attached a word document showing the settings that I am trying. When I import the phone's config file from my PC, I am able to see one of the commands when I export it back out. The attachment will show everything. Also, on the Jul 11 the post, will the port, username, and password be the same for my set? I tried other settings but they didn't work either.
Thanks.
Dale
