I have a VVX1500 that we are trying to get functional so that we can replace a unit that is no longer working. This was new in box but not usable. Just keeps rebooting.

Hello @jkuder70 ,

how about sharing what you see? Most likely you will need to interrupt the BootLoader and press Cancel to see the same menu.

This what I see and then it keeps rebooting over and over doing the same thing. Also, how can I get the proper files for it?

Hello @jkuder70 ,

this phone software seems ancient and I doubt you will find the software anywhere. You can try the About button and post what it states.

The normal way to recover is to press Setup and then follow the post already shared.

Best Regards
