- A Microsoft Windows Server / Local Domain  running on a Cisco backbone in operations for over 15 years.

- Current version of the Windows Server is 2019 with all patches updated.

- My DHCP IP Address's last octet is .14

- I have over 200 Windows, Macs, and Android devices, all DHCP clients, running flawlessly

- 25 VVX 250 Desktop phones have been working for the past 4 months.

- Nothing on the network has changed, but, all of a sudden, all the phones started showing duplicate IP address message with the duplicate IP (for most) to be the same as the DHCP's IP address.

- After several reboots of the phones, 1/2 did an "app update" and they started working, but the other half,  after over 10 or so soft and hard reboots still having the same problem.

- These were provided by RingCentral and the passwords are complex alphanumeric and when entering the 16+ character password, using a 10-digit keypad that only shows asterisks, it is nearly impossible to access the settings to do anything, including putting static IP.

It's been a very frustrating experience!

Hello @ITSSI ,

Welcome to the HP community. Interesting approach to asking for help.

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

For your actual issue have a look at the community search >here<

I would suggest working with RingCentral support on this.

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards
