Moving from some old Meridian phone to Polycom VVX 310s. I have a Plantonics Vista headset adapter/amp connected to a headset that had a 4 pin quick disconnect cable. I would like to ditch this whole headset adapter/amp if I can. Is that possible? Is there an RJ9 to Plantronics quick disconnect cable that will work? I'm not sure of the names of these connections so I'm having trouble figuring out what to search for.
The cable from my current headset plugs into the Vista amp with an RJ9, but that doesn't see to do anything when plugged into the VVX 310. I am guessing the pinout is different.
Thanks for any help.
