While I was troubleshooting a problem we were having with our new vvx 400's, my boss got tired of waiting and decided it would be a good idea to format the file system on his phone. So now the phone only boots to this white screen that says "Error application not present. How do i unscrew this?

I replied outside of my working hours in my spare time ( I do not work in the community!) and provided you with details how you can find the answer.
I then once replied again with the exact answer that will solve your issue again outside of my working hours.
If you believe this is rude then this community is maybe not the right platform for you.

Yeah, i have been reading a lot of these threads and StephenBaierUK is just about as rude as i have ever seen on threads that are actually the companies support. I dont just believe he is rude, i know it. And maybe if you cant handle customer support, than perhaps this platform is not right for you.
