Poly VVX400

I am trying to setup multiple line registrations on my Poly VVX 400. I can get a single line to register and work correctly, however when I add the second registration, the phone refuses to register with the PBX entirely.  I believe that I have the configuration in the phone correct.

EDIT: The phone has magically decided to try and register. Though my issue is now resolved, I would still like to know what might cause this...

Hello @jmh_ije ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

We ar also missing what steps you have tried and more importantly what SIP server is being used.

To troubleshoot this look at these posts from our VoIP FAQ:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register, or is my Poly Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

and

Jan 19, 2012 Question: How to troubleshoot Poly VoIP-related Issues?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards
