I need to change the softkeys on a VVX 600 while the phone has a dial tone. I need to add the PAGE action I have made to softkey #1.  I have been able to edit this in every other place beside when you pickup the phone.  in which case it gets pushed to the MORE menu. Here is the code i have used to fix it everywhere else.  I understand that the dailtone=1 should be the correct one but it does not replace the softkeys that are there everytime I pick up the phone.
