I have a 4 VV600 using in Basic mode Standard sip, I purchased a few years ago and would like to update the firmware.
If I go to the phone web interface and go to Utilities > Software Upgrade > Clear Upgrade server ( Current version 5.2.0.8330 )
Server type Polycom Hosted > Check for Updates and no matter what version I select nothing happens the logs are empty.

Resolution: This is a current bug and please setup a local provisioning server as shown => here <=. Check the release notes for VOIP-97822
