Product: VVX 450

Hello, can anyone tell me if this link and the software url's provided are accurate?

I am trying to convert a VVX450 that is running OBI 6.4.5 and am not having any luck trying to convert the firmware. This is the URL I am posting in the phones web interface.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

The URLs still had the "old" Polycom name. I changed them in the document to reflect the Poly name change.

 

I f you still struggle I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
