VVX 450 OBi

Does anyone know the steps to convert a VVX 450 Obi to UCS? I understand that this is not supported, but have no other choice since we’re switching phones service away from Google Voice.

Thanks

Hello @Woodman750 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

From our VoIP FAQ:

Sep 03, 2019 Question: Can I convert a Poly VVX into ObiEdition or UC Software?

ResolutionThe process is not officially supported by Poly.

  • If you want a VVX in Obi Edition please purchase the ObiEdition
  • If you want a VVX in UC Software please purchase a VVX in UC Edition

    As stock issues may prevent users from purchasing the right phone an older guide on how this can be converted is >here<

    Please note the process is not officially supported by Poly

Best Regards

Thanks for the quick reply @SteffenBaierUK

That link requires a login. However, it appears that only HP employees and Business Partners can get a login for the site.

Could you possibly repost here or offer another suggestion?

Thanks

@Ram181010 ,

It looks like you had the same issue. Were you able to solve this?

Thanks
