I am attempting to set up my voicemail, along with other coworker's voicemails in my office. We just had them installed and no one has used them prior to us, we are trying to set up voicemails and when asked for a pin # I enter the default pins I found in different admin user guides on internet. I tried 0000, 2580, 4554555 (all default codes found online), and none work. There has been no password set by anyone as I am the first person to attempt setting up voicemail. Can someone help me figure out what I am supposed to do! I tried calling support numbers but all lead to dead end reffering me to online support pages or saying I had to be a certified reseller to go any further. Please help 🙂

Hello @marykrak1,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The voicemail itself has nothing to do with Polycom and you would need to ask whoever setup the system itself or a work colleague.
Polycom does not provide a voice mail functionality and there are already several posts on this that can be found using the community search here
Apr 26, 2018 Question: How can I reset my Voice Mail Pin and/or change the recorded message?
Resolution: Please check => here <= for an explanation that this has nothing to do with a Polycom phone.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
