Please get this into our support organization.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

A community search finds >these< posts here about JQuery. In addition, I checked a Trio 8800 running 7.0.1 and 7.1.1 and both have JQuery 3.5.1
