Poly CCX 600

We added speed dial through Kandy business admin portal and polycom ccx600 phone went on reboot loop. I would like to know whether it is a known issue or can we try adding speed dial through web configuration of the phone or can we device parameter in kandy business admin portal to see if it is working ?

However could you please share the device parameter for speed dial and instructions to add that ?

Hello @Saikrish1 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, openSIP etc.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

For your actual issue have you contacted Kandy support already?

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards

Hello @Saikrish1

this is ancient software. You have not yet replied if this is being used as a SIP phone or with any other provider.

PVOS 8.1.6 for Microsoft Teams or Zoom or if openSIP PVOS 9.0.0 is a current supported version.

Best regards

It is a SIP phone registered with Kandy business services.

So, do you recommend that we upgrade to 9.0.0, add speed dial, and test?

Hello @Saikrish1

I suggest you use a currently supported software like PVOS 9.0.0 or 8.1.6 and if the issue still occurs work with Kandy support to get them to look at the logs.

If this fails work with HP Poly support in your region. Details are in my signature.

Best regards
