Hello Fábio Moura BR ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Thanks for your reply but the standard Admin password is 456 and the User Password is 123.

I am not sure who changed yours to the combination that you found.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

As several people have suggested, it worked with Firefox and Chrome, but not IE.

Usually it's the other way around.

It's sad that none of the Polycom staff mentioned this, you'd think they'd know.

I have a new Soundstation IP 7000 and when I try to go to that Soundstation's IP address to manage it via the web, I get an pop up window for the user name and password. This is very different than what I see in the manual. I tried the user name of "Admin" with the default password and even "User" with "123" with no luck.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Hello Mike,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As you can see by the above quote the original Posters (back in 2012 when IE 11 did not even exist) issue was that they did not know the Standard Username of Password.

Therefore the original repy to this and some of the other poster was what the standard password is if not changed.

The answer / link to the FAQ post also explains how to reset the password if the phone still boots from the provisioning server.

Your reply is completely irrelevant as you have a issue with a certain browser.

The poster also marked the post that the reply provided fixed their issue.

Best Regards

With the latest Firmware you need to view the web management portal in  IE11 Compatabilitly view otherwise you wont be able to log in with the normal default passwords. Otherwise use Chrome or Firefox and you wont need to do this.

User: 123

Admin: 456

Hope that helps
