Hi,
I have a Polycom VOIP phone (simple one, nothing fancy, it says "HD Voice" so I assume that could be the model) that I used to use for work with the sip provider they gave me.
Now I want to use it myself with a new provider, but after hours of googling around I couldn't find what should I actually buy to make it work.
Any idea of what I should be looking for? "SIP trunk" is the closer I got, but doesn't seem to be the right thing...
I want an US based VOIP line that I can use to make and receive calls.
Thanks,
Javier

Hello Javier,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
A label at the bottom of the Unit should help you to identify the model.
It could be a:
- SoundStation IP phone
or - VVX Phone
We cannot make any suggestion within the community as we do not advertise for commercial services but it is not a SIP trunk you require.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
