Hi,
I have few SoundPoint IP 331 configured as extension. And the time showing is wrong time in these phones.
The UC software is 3.3.3 which quite old, however the customer dont want to upgrade as it fulfill the base requirment.
As per my knowledge the tcpIpApp.sntp.gmtOffset make it 19800 should show the correct time, however the client don't maintain any provisioning server, need to do it on Web GUI of the phone.
Please confirm which field I should change to get the time correct on phone?
