Hello,
I just finished a roll out for 8440 devices in a Lync Environment using Version 4.6.1.0011 with very Basic Settings for Lync usage.
So far everything works fine. The only thing I was unable to setup was directory browsing, meaning search for a name in global addressbook as you do with desk phones and Lync client software.
I am only able to update my personal Lync contact lists and the device contact directory.
Is there a way to get the device configured to be able to browse the GAL?
Maybe directory server needs to put into a cfg file? If so, what file should be used and how should it look like?
Thanks a lot
