Hello ,

at the bottom of the Unit it will say CX5000HD and the software version shown in your photo tells me it is a CX5000HD.

 

You will need to reboot it as any damage would already be done.

In the meantime... What kan I do with that ethernet connection on the machine?

Cannot find a way to accept an answer, maybe because I am not the originator of this post.

 

For the records:

I found a sticker on the bottom of the device which somehware stated the characters 'HD'. So as per instruction I rebooted the device (on commandprompt type:   cx5000manage.exe -m:cfg -r   ) .

After this everything worked again.
