Hi all, I want to leave voicemail to polycom vvx 500 phone and I can make this after that instead of voicemail light of on the phone I want to heard voicemail alert.Is it possible? If it is,how can I make?.

Hello Alican,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
once the Polycom phone receives the NOTIFY message for the Voice Mail it should play an audible sound and then illimunate the LED to show a voice Mail.
I am not sure if above is what you are after and recommend to work for further support with your Polycom reseller.

sorry I cannot tell you my problem.
If the phone takes voicemail I want to hear voicemail alert.For each voicemail ,I should hear beep sound or like this for receiving messages.

Could it made possible with any configuration or setup?

Hello Alican,
as already explained in my original reply the phone will play and audible tone each time it receives the SIP NOTIFY for a Voicemail.
If this is not the case for yourself please raise this via your Polycom reseller so our support team can assist you.
