Hi,
We have a polycom trio 8800 with last firmware installed.
When we make a conference call, then merge all participant.
only the last number called can participate.
the others do not emit sound, and do not receive sound.
I dont know where is the problem.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me with this problem ?
Thank you

Hello @dolanf74 ,
Your post was marked as Spam and had to be manually released.
This is usually an automated process based on some post content or a manual process when Community rules are violated.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product version you use. For example, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, USB mode, SIP/H.323 mode, etc.
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
Did this ever work?
