how i can register my polycom vvx 500, i need to know the warranty, but the serial number said me its incorrect, I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

This is pretty simple as the VVX 500 is end of life as displayed >here<


End of sale via Poly was 09/2018 so there is nothing you can register and check the warranty.
