hi, I have my polycom trio 8800 connected to "Vscene" through sip and am able to use it within a call on there, However when i go to share content from another device within the meeting i cannot see the content ,instead all i get is a black screen and then after a while it goes back to the polycom background. I have spoken to someone at "Vscene" who can see from their end that the problem was caused by "resolution mismatch for content sharing channel" . The UC Version on the unit is 5.4.3.2389.

Did you ever solve this issue => here <= as this talks about Skype for Business but in this new topic you talk about SIP?
In addition who is Vscene?
