I am trying to setup my poly c60 to switch between teams and sip. we had this setup before but we had to switch out the c60 and now when i enable sip and configure it will only use sip and not go back and forth between the two. i know we had some help with this before but they no longer around.

Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
