Polycom phones are loosing their local contacts even though I am allowing changes to the local directory. 

 

firmware is: 6.4.3.5814

feature.directory.enabled is 1

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Does the server allow upload? You can troubleshoot using Copy and Curl logging levels.
