Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Is the VVX up and running, as you should be able to access the built-in Software Download option via the Web UI and install UC Software 5.9.5

Please be aware that simply installing the software, if you are not on the correct BootLoader/BootBlock etc., as described >here< can render the phone into a non-useable state.

Use at your own risk, as the VVX 1500 is end of life and end of support.
