Anyone can connect to ENVY's 32 All-In One integrated bluetooth speakers

Any random person, who is around my PC, can at any time and without permission connect to the integrated bluetooth speakers and start playing the music.

Within OSD menu, under 'Audio >> HP Envy BT Speaker', we are having the following options:
- Disconnect (this disconnects the current device from the bluetooth speakers)
- Pair (does not work correctly)
- On (does not work correctly)
- Off (this switches off the bluetooth speakers)

Two of this options: "PAIR" and "ON" are affected by seperate bugs:

- "Pair": this should allow to pair a new device with the bluetooth speakers. Instead, the following happens (BUG):

GIVEN the device (for example a mobile phone) is connected to the bluetooth speakers,
WHEN the device (the same mobile phone) is being disconnected from the bluetooth speakers,
THEN the setting in OSD menu ('Audio >> HP Envy BT Speaker') is being automatically switched from >ON< to >PAIR<, which allows to pair ANY device to the bluetooth speakers (THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED).

- "On": this should keep the bluetooth speakers enabled, allowing to stream the music only by the paired device. Instead, the following happens (BUG):
GIVEN we connected a device (for example a mobile phone) to the bluetooth speakers,
AND then we switched off the connected device (the same mobile phone),
AND then the setting in OSD menu ('Audio >> HP Envy BT Speaker') has been set to >ON<,
WHEN a NEW device tries to connect to the speakers,
THEN this is being allowed even if the speakers are not in the "PAIR" mode (THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED)

OUTCOME: because of BOTH issues, any random person who is around the PC (for example a pedestrian or a neighbour), can at any time and without permission connect to the integrated bluetooth speakers and start playing the music.

The issue was already discussed here and there was no solution provided:

It's been several months and HP didn't release any upgrades of firmware for a while.

-The first step (00:00:06) is about resetting the settings of the speakers

-The next step (00:00:10) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Pair' = this correctly sets the status of the speakers to "Pairing"

-The next step (00:00:17) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/On' = this incorrectly sets the status of the speakers to "Pairing" and incorrectly allows to pair any device without approval

-The next step (00:00:33) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Disconnect' = this incorrectly sets the status to "Pairing" but works *properly* as it disconnects the device

-The next step (00:00:40) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Off' = this is setting the status to "Off" and properly switches "Off" the speakers  

-The next step (00:00:51) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/On' = here the OSD is getting buggy; the status of the speakers is still set "Off" 

-The next step (00:00:58) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Pair' = here the OSD continues to be buggy and the status of the speakers is now set to "Paring/Connected/Connectable" (in the meantime there is no device connected to the speakers)

-The next step (00:01:11) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Disconnect' = here the OSD continues to be buggy and the status of the speakers is still set to "Connectable"

-The next step (00:01:25) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/On' = here the OSD continues to be buggy and the status of the speakers is still set to "Connectable"

-The next step (00:01:33) is about selecting: 'BT Envy BT Speaker/Pair' = this correctly sets the status of the speakers to "Pairing"
