Hi all,
I've got an issue that I'd like help resolving. I just upgraded from windows 8 to 10, but now the beats audio interface/software is missing and I can't seem to get it back. What do I do?
I have an HP ENVY Phoenix h9-1440eo

Hi:
See if installing this driver gets the Beats audio to work again. Install and restart the PC.
This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
File name: sp71717.exe

Hi, @CesarAguero :
No, it would not be valid.
You would use the W10 IDT audio driver from your PC's support page. Install and restart the PC.
