Few years ago CxUIUSvc crapware was called Flow.exe:

I have the same problem, in my case 43% cpu use on CxUIUSvc. Also on HP Elitedesk 800 G5 Win pro with all updates for both HP and Microsoft. Stopping and resetting the service to manual worked immediately and certainly quieted down my system. I'm very happy there is a work around, but this is a problem HP needs to fix. It appears to be a very common issue!

Hi Chao,
to be honest it comes me irrelevant to open a case for known issue. i'd expect HP will release new version of some code which resolves it (or at least posts some date when it going to be released)
however, i noted constant fan running after i installed new drivers about 2 weeks ago. this may be a hint for your developer as well. i've gor EliteDesk G5 Desktop Minii running on W-10.
Guys, thanks for the hint to stop the service.
regards

Hi Guys!
Please be informed that CxUIUSvc makes a comeback after a few days despite that you have manually stopped it.
Dadaa, here it is back messing my PC after a week:
I have experience with this crapware since 2018.
CxUIUSvc was called Flow.exe in the good old days.

Hi Guys,
I'm sorry to inform you that CxUIUSvc crapware was developed by Conexant Systems, Inc. which went bankrupt 2014. So no fixes will be available any more.
Please note also this:
On 11 May 2017 news appeared that security researchers discovered that Conexant's audio drivers were installing keylogger software, including many laptops sold by HP. The keylogger writes every single keystroke typed by a user (including passwords) and stores them in an unencrypted file on the user's computer

Audio driver supplied by Conexant may put PCs from other makers at risk:

That's a 4 year old article ... don't see any evidence of the key logger on HP with current Windows 10 build with latest HP updates.
A search of this forum shows it was probably fixed by subsequent support pack ...
