Current workaround, pending an update from Realtek: (1) Device Manager: disable Logitech C920 Webcam (2) either restart PC or go to Services and restart Windows Audio Services. These steps allow audio output via headphone jack to be recognised. I then (3) use separate mic for audio input + existing C920 webcam for video input.

I found my workaround didn't work consistently so I purchase a bluetooth device and a separate bluietooth speaker. I uninstalled the realtec driver using device manager, but I don't restart the computer. The speakers do not kick in immediately , but eventually I can use the speakers and my Logi tech webcam , including its microphone.

Hi, I found that my workaround didn't work consitently so I purchased a blue tooth device and a bluetooth speaker. I uninstall the realtec driver using Device Manager, but I do not restart the computer. After a short delay I am able to use the bluetooth speakers along with the Logi webcam and it's microphone.

Same issue with Hp All in ones HP EliteOne 840 G9 All-in-One PC (6D771PA) and these are the current windows update installed:
KB5030219
KB5031217
When i plug in the yealink WH62 by usb, the audio service crashes and stops working, unless reboot it or re-starting the audio service, and re-plug the yealink again and will work fine, or not all again.
Any udate / solutions for this? I'm about to fresh install windows 11 on this machine and disable windows updates.

Been there, tried that.
The best workaround I've found for now (until HP actually resolve) is to completely uninstall the Reaktek audio driver from Device Manager. Then, restart the Windows Audio service - do not restart the PC (even though it prompts you to). I now have full sound working again through my Logitech AUX speakers, my Logitech webcam, and most importantly, my Yealink WH62 USB headset.
