computer, originally indicated with windows 10..
So no sound before or after installing windows 11?
What version of realtek driver is installed?
There is no sound output ok, but if you open system settings/sound/volume mixer
you see the movement at the level of the cursor, when a sound is in progress?
Give a capture of these parameters
