Do you still get, on start up, the error message AccelerometerSt.exe - error (0xc000007b) on startup when you turn on your computer. If you do not everything should be working fine now. I presume you have Windows 10 with all the updates that have been issued by MS.
Here is a replay from Jackslim on what he posted on 8-28-17. The link in his message is out of date, but what he states is correct.
"Found a link to reload Visual C++ 2015 at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685. Downloaded two files: vc_redist.x64.exe & vc_redist.x86.exe. Ran the two files, and restarted my laptop. No error appeared during startup. Checked the Task Manager to find the AccelerometerSt.exe was running.
All smiles. Thanks for your insite on this issue."
Hope that helps.

Did you try what i had posted on 6-2-17? If not, here it is again:
Google the problem and up came this forum but deleting and replacing the HP 3D DriveGuard did not fix the problem after trying it 3 times. What solved the problem was updating/fixing the 2 Visual C++ files that you can download from MS. Once those files were updated/fixed the error messages went away on startup. I have a HP ENVY laptop.
