My Pavilion 24 All-in-one is stuck in Automatic Repair blue screen. I've tried to reboot, done a hard resent, run diagnostics (everything came back fine). When I'm in Automatic Repair, I go to Advanced Options, then to Troubleshoot. I can't do a Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, or System Restore because it keeps telling me that I have to be logged in as an Administrator, and that there no administrator accounts on the computer. I have not added any hardware, done any updates that I know of recently. Any suggestions at all?

Hi,
Never had this happen to me.
First run HP Diagnostics. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2". Run system and then all component tests.
I would then go here (Link) if diagnostics pass. A failed diagnostic test means you have to replace specific hardware.
Create W10 installation media on a different PC.
Do a clean install using the installation media. But you will lose data unless you have data backups. This means you should connect the storage device containing data to a different PC to recover data before you do a clean W10 installation.
