Buongiorno...

Ho un problema su uno dei Controller per High Definition Audio, mi dice che è impossibile avviare il dispositivo. Ho aggiornato anche i driver, ma il triangolino giallo compare sempre. Eppure pare che non ci sia nulla di anomalo. Perché mi segnala quel triangolino giallo di attenzione e il dispositivo non si avvia? Grazie e cordiali saluti. GiuseppeErrore.PNG

I reviewed the post comprehensively. Copious and extensive research has gone into this issue. Commendable troubleshooting, great resilience and efforts have been displayed to isolate the issue Kudos to you for a job brilliantly done :). recovery, reinstallation and installing the drivers have not helped.

 

Please run the audio diagnostics from the component tests mentioned in the previous post once again just to ensure that the hardware is functional.  However, even if it passes, there is more to it than meets the eye. Please contact HP phone support for further assistance by visiting this link: http://hp.com/contacthp please select the country and follow the on-screen instructions.

They will be happy to assist you immediately. If the unit is under warranty repair services is taken care of by the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.

Potrebbe essere l'audio alta definizione della scheda video. Hai una scheda video dedicata sul tuo sistema? Hai installato tutti i driver?

Prova a caricare il driver per scheda video integrata Haswell dalla pagina dei driver per il tuo sistema:

https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-500-500-desktop-pc-series/7477729/model...

 

Non installare subito, devi dezippare il file scaricato con winrar o altro programma per zipppare. Adesso vai in gestione dispositivi e scegli quello con il triangolo giallo e clicca con destro sopra e su installa o aggiorna software. Scegli nella finestra di cercare driver da solo e vai alla cartella creata quando hai dezippato il file scaricato. Scegli quella cartella e sottocartelle e dai il OK.

Good morning...
I have a problem with one of the Controllers for High Definition Audio, it tells me that it is impossible to start the device. I also updated the drivers, but the yellow triangle always appears. Yet there seems to be nothing wrong with it. Why do you point out that yellow triangle of attention and the device does not start? Thanks and best regards. I came across your post and would like to help. 

 

I see through the image that there is a yellow exclamation mark for an audio driver. I read that you have installed the audio driver already.

 

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Are you able to get audio from the laptop?
  • Is there an error while playing an audio?

Meanwhile, if there is no audio output you may run a hardware test on the audio as shown below:

  • Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

  • Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second.

  • The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu is displayed.

  • Select Component tests.

List of the Component tests

  • Please initiate a test on the Audio - The Audio Playback Test checks your system to make sure the audio device is functioning properly. During the test, a few music notes are played in sequence and then repeated. This test takes 1 minute to complete. Click Audio, then click Run once. Choose either the speakers or the headphones. When asked, enter the number of notes you heard.

Sorry, I did the Audio Test again, it's ok, it works! I also did other tests and everything works perfectly
