Thanks for replying

I tried the link that you have shared, When I am pressing f2, no uefi menu is coming.

What I am seeing(after pressing f2) is the option for booting, I clicked my hard drive and then again it keeps loading, now I am not able to go to the automatic repair page as well.

Enter BIOS

- Turn off computer and wait five seconds

- Turn on computer, and then immediately press [ESC] key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens

- Press [F2] to open <Diagnostics>

Just wanted to add a few things. During startup, it's showing imminent hard disk failure. So I tried booting via safe mode and checked the disk status. wmic disk drive get status - everything was OK. There was no failure. but I am not able to boot windows 10 normally (without safe mode). It keeps on loading for hours and hours. I tried Advanced Restart -> troubleshooting -> reset without keeping files. It is not resetting. Again the win logo appears and it keeps on loading for hours and hours

I am not getting diagnostics option when pressing f2. I am getting 9 options in startup settings like enable debugging, enable boot logging etc,.
