Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer purchased from big box retailer in December 2019. Hp virtual assistant says product warranty ended in September. I have provided proof of purchase and received a support ticket number, but cannot check on status of dispute. The virtual Assistant is useless as the product is still showing out of warranty period. How do I follow up? HP tools show ram memory failure in diagnostic test and I need to get this fixed. Thanks.
