Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used the virtual assistance and have tried to speak with a live person, neither have been successful.

 

My computer has a blue screen with the message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. 100% complete. 

 

Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_ HANDLED

 

Over the past 3 days, I have tried restarting my computer 6 times and I keep getting this same message.

I've had the same problem twice this month. I fixed mine with a factory reset, but if you have a restore point before May you might be able to fix it without doing a full reset.
