I'm sorry. I don't quite understand what bitlocker is doing in the description of my problem. It's not a Windows or other parameter problem at all. Only the power-on security password in the bios makes me default. Otherwise, the administrator bios security password for any other access to my computer is not a problem. But if I can't disable the power on, I can't disable the administrator password either, which means I can't sell my PC at all, or I'm forced to set the password every time.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs or any other safety measures.
Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region.
For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
The only way to recover your PC's BitLocker key is if you printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your PC.
Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support
Without the key, you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your PC again.
