Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV)

I have a spectre x360 2 in 1. I recently went through a divorce which I did not have access to my computer in about a year. In that time I have forgotten my admin password for password on start up. I have tried almost everything including bios update from USB but when it restarts to apply the update it goes back to the password screen due to "password on start up" only thing I know what to do it change the hard drive maybe or motherboard, I don't know, any ideas from those way smarter than me??

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
