Hello
The computer will not power up. When plugged in there is a light at the back. As soon as I press the power button the light goes out and nothing happens. The wireless keyboard and mouse is not connected.
I’ve tried another power cable and it does the same.

@Lauren211 -- possible failure-points:
- power-supply
- motherboard
- processor
if the power-on does not cause any immediate response (fans spinning, lamps lighting-up, et cetera).
Temporarily trying a different power-supply is the least expensive "part-swap".
Changing the motherboard or the processor can be over $300.
It's time to take the computer to a computer technician, for professional trouble-shooting.

@Lauren211 -- How do I arrange a repair with HP?
Start at: http://Support.HP.COM and click "Contact Us" to open what HP calls a "case" to exercise the HP Warranty.
On the Locate a service centre near you page, select "United Kingdom", and then select a city.
