My PC wont turn its pullged in and everything but it won't turn on I don't even know why it stopped working a week ago

The only things left are to replace the power-supply (if a test using a "multimeter" shows that it is not emitting the correct voltages and wattages) or to replace the motherboard.

 

The only "good news" is that the disk-drive, containing your personal files, probably is OK, and can be physically removed, and connected as a secondary disk-drive to a different computer, to copy your files.
