I bought a desktop from hp.com last month. There was a problem with the network card at that time, occasionally the wireless card would not show up. I want to return it, but you guys want to charge me 15%. I just made do with it. But now it won't turn on anymore. The computer can be turned on with power, often without the wireless card, and then it will die after ten minutes of use. I can no longer use this computer, how can I replace or repair it?

Hi,
HP Support does not interact with consumers in this forum. The only way I know of to get warranty service is to contact HP Support using this (Link). Enter your serial number located on the chassis or let HP detect your product.
Sorry to hear you are having these problems. As a fellow PC consumer, it does not seem fair So you are saying HP has a 15% restocking fee now, I did not know this.
You could replace the PC if you are in the return window or use the above link to request warranty service.
I will refer your problem to a moderator to see if anything can be done to help you.
No guarantees the referral to a moderator will solve the problem.
Regards
