Did you remove the green clear password jumper from the motherboard as set forth in the instructions in chapter 10 of the manual I posted?
If you followed the instructions and the P/W was not cleared, then you will need a new motherboard to have full functionality of the PC. See the top of page 196 for this message...

There is definitely a green password jumper on the motherboard.
You need to find it...here is a picture of the 6300 Pro SFF motherboard. The green jumper is located to the right, and below the black SATA port in the picture, and to the left of that flat rectangular black chip labeled nuvoton? in white lettering.

Thank you, I saw this jumper on the board, but near the battery there is a button for resetting CMOS. And something else is written on the jumper. I will look carefully, then I will write.
