Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello together.

I have a problem with the mainboard:

Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua)

The specifications https://support.hp.com/us-en/error?errorType=404&source=document&documentId=c03135925

are not available.

The USB - port are locked and i tried to reset the BIOS by using the jumper.

The configuration now is:

1,2 Jumper

3,X

5,6

7,8

I tried to fullfill a CMOS reset and by changing the Jumper positions to 5,6 an 7,8.

nothing worked until now.

I although tried to contact foxconn for the motherboard specifications.

I guess it will be a strange combination of jumper setting.

The jumpers are the two blue ones

One of the is the CMOS reset the other is probably password.  Alternately you can remove the battery -

1 - unplug from wall

2 - press power switch 3-4 times

3 - touch finger to metal case

4 - remove battery for  30 seconds

Your motherboard is used in the following system

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-p6-2200-desktop-pc-series/5258508/model/5282756/pro...

Possibly all the bios and driver updates will work but the HP support assistant should have found all needed updates

the jumper you described earlier is probably the bios SPI programming header.
