Welcome to the HP Forum.
The BitLocker Recovery key would only be available using your Microsoft account or if you did a local recovery key backup subsequent to enabling Device Encryption.
I don't use W11 Home Device Encryption (BitLocker Lite) or W11 Pro BitLocker. BitLocker must be disabled before doing a BIOS update. The TPM may become corrupted which can cause a BitLocker recovery problem when using a valid BitLocker Recovery key.
No BitLocker recovery key means you will lose all data on the encrypted drive. And you will have to reinstall Windows.
