Trying to find out what is the meaning of "Security Slot" thinking on the PCIe 16bits GPU slot I stumbled upon a closed conversation in this community https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/new-graphics-card/td-p/6188732 and I decided to describe my partially successful experience about the subject. I have a P6-2065sc that came originally with a GT530. I thought that PCI bus is standard and that would be a good idea to plug a GTX 750 Ti . I have clear tha I have to change the UPS too and now I have one of 550W and the needed connectors.
1) The firs try was a no boot situation. Searching the net I found this guy that at first sight I though he was pulling my leg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkBTSlBW2oc I did it what he said and nothing. Then I saw videos like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4PC1--0jJw and that made me to feel more skeptical because What was the point in booting from a pxe (the network) if one doesn't have a server that provides you a boot image service? BUT I DID NOT GAVE UP and just by chance I found that my Memory integrity can not be established (turned on) because the Intel graphics driver for windows 10 64 bits (I can not remember the name in this moment) was in the middle. I tried to uninstall in device manager but the driver was still there even from a very unknown folder windows/system32 instead of Windows/System32. Thinking it could be a virus I downloaded the Intel-Driver-and-Support-Assistant-Installer. The same result. In cmd.exe with driverquery /v I saw the list of installed drivers..yes it was there and what else? TPM.SYS I discover that my machine has a TPM that is installed in spite Windows 10 doesn't detect anything. The LPC conector is empty for sure but the TPM can be integrated in other chip in the motherboard, maybe the one in charge of THE NETWORK (it is the most common) I tried, as admin, to rename this file BUT NO WAY until I got an utility I can not remember and then I could rename it to TPM.BAK.
So one enemy less I went for the next one the Intel graphics driver. I downloaded and run DDU.exe and I killed the driver (another enemy less) and then I could activate memory integrity. Happy for this.
Could this have affected in any way to my main problem?. I decided to go bios and disable PCIe16 Slot security. No boot no video at all. Finally I decided to do again the trick F12 (Network booting) ESC tacatacatacataca...Nothing waiting and waiting, no video until I press after this waiting the f12 or ESC again I can not remember and the image produced by the GTX 750 ti CAME TO MY HP ZR2740W monitor in full resolution. EUREKA.
I downloaded the NVIDIA drivers 512.59-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql and 431.36-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql Game and Studio and discover that the second one couldn't be installed.
Ok but I was really happy
And the REBOOT and when I reboot I can see that the machine takes a long time without doing anything. I press ESC, F10, F9, F12..you name it nothing no answer and one minute after or so first beep, then another minute and a second beep and finally after a third beep machine starts with the new card working

And now the epilogue. I knew my Windows10 was hacked by someone. Maybe someone in Spanish Army..?I am an Spanish officer and they have been sabotaging me for years in my purpose of establishing my own business.
What happened was because I updated one legit copy of Autodesk Inventor to work with the "new" card. I wanted to upload some youtube videos about mechanisms.
Next day they have change Windows 10 and I can not see Windows Integrity option nor Core isolation for the i5-2320. I have tried to reinstall windows 10 from a finalized DVD with ISO sha256 checked and product number. NO WAY and i can not defeat them they have frozen the ATA security of my Kingston SSD SA400S37/240G. I discovered this by running the KSM utility that it coulldn't erase the esase NA i HAVE HAD TO USE hddguru.com LOW LEVEL FORMATTER that leaves 16 GB (very likely a host protected area with a B.E.E.R.) without touch. Anyone has a solution for these attacks?

Ah BTW I forgot to mention that HP products and the others of the most important brand names have the infamous OFFICIAL ROOTKIT from absolute persistence company https://www.absolute.com/platform/editions/control/ https://www.absolute.com/partners/device-manufacturers/
